Congregation Kol Am Fundraising
As is true for every temple, Congregation Kol Am's expenses far outweigh the amount of money raised through membership dues.
Fundraising is a real responsibility for all
members, and the fundraising committee makes every effort to devise a wide
range of activities that will help close the gap between dues and expenses.
These range from our annual calendar and raffle, to a bi-annual
garage sale, as well as fun type of events that also raise some money
while at the same time promoting an opportunity to socialize and mask the
fundraising task with camaraderie.
It is vital for everyone to participate, and if you have some good ideas for different activities, the Fundraising Committee would welcome your suggestions.
